One For All!

Star Q

Trying to organize an activity and to have everybody to attend can be a daunting task.  Especially, when not everyone whom you have been hoping to attend, decide to make a quick 180 degree turn and leave, just 15 minutes into the activity!

Putting poor attendance as an excuse to leave the activity is as weak as building made from straws.  It doesn't hold any credit and other people tend to become judgmental.  More so when these people passing the comments are actually the ones who take the trouble to sit through the activity right to the end.

As an organisation, we would hope that everybody pool their resources to make any activity a success.  Once someone decides to leave for such a lame excuse, others may think that they too can do the same thing and in the end the organisation will fall to ruins.

Here's hoping that this is not the ultimate intention of this particular person who set such a glaringly bad example, not only to his/her colleagues, but also to the aspiring people who may one day hold the same position as him/her.

After Two Years.....

Can't believe that I have been too busy to write that I have actually left this blog untouched for two long years.  A lot of thing...
