First of all, let me just say that the recent revelation of the first ever PT3 result was short of a disaster in more ways than one.  Even though many were apprehensive about the outcome, people still had their fingers crossed that this examination or assessment would be the best thing to replace PMR.

I know grumbling is not a good way to start off the new year but when you come across people who are inconsiderate to the point of endangering other people's lives, one can't help but to grumble and complain at the same time.

It's the new year and there's much to look forward to!  I'm a bit enthusiastic and I hope that this enthusiasm does not only last for the first quarter of this year because there are lots of things to do during this time.  I hope I don't experience burn out!
