When Will They Ever Learn

There has indeed been many such reports involving express buses.  Whether or not the drivers of these buses were at fault is immaterial.  What is most paramount is the fact that these buses are transporting passengers who have paid for their services and have in a way placed in their lives in the hands of the drivers of these buses.

I guess it is just human nature to express ones feelings about their disappointments.  There's just no right or wrong about it because everyone of us is entitled to our own opinions.  As long as we don't cause any damage or social uproar in expressing our feelings, then it is everybody's game.
